Q: What is included in my rental from The Frozen
Drink Guys?
A: Delivery of the machine to your party, your
first mix concentrate, a pre-measured mixing container
and the pick up.

Q: Are the machines easy to use?
A: Very easy to use. We will mix your first batch
and show you how to use the machine. We leave clear
printed instructions. YOU DO NOT NEED ICE.

Q. How big are the machines and what are the
power requirements?
A. The machines are about the size of a large microwave
and come on a wheeled cart. They require a standard 120V
outlet. Since they draw about the same amps as a refrigerator
or freezer, they should be plugged into a circuit that
does not already have a large appliance. (A dedicated
15 amp circuit will do the trick) |

Q: How many drinks does one batch make?
A: A batch of lemon-lime margaritas makes about
70 eight ounce drinks, the other flavors make about 60
eight ounce drinks. We recommend one batch for every 30
guests because it has been our experience that most of
your guests will try a frozen drink. Extra mixes are refundable
if the bottles are unopened when we pick up the machine. |

Q: How long does the first batch take to freeze?
A: In the shade on a summer day about one hour.
There is no wait between batches. |

Q: Who provides the liquor and how much will
I need?
A: The customer provides all liquor. We recommend
2 liters of alcohol per batch. Ask about different drink
recipes if you're looking for something different. |

Q: How far in advance should I reserve
my machine?
A: We recommend three weeks for a Saturday night
rental from May thru September. |

Q: It's a large party; will everyone be able
to enjoy the frozen drinks?
A: Make sure the number of guests does not exceed
the drink making capacity for each machine; otherwise
the machine will not perform properly. Ask about our multi-machine
rental discounts! |
